CAD $2,200/week in Off Season
CAD $2,400/week in High Season.
Weekly Rental Only, from Friday/Saturday/Sunday 4:00 pm through 12:00 noon the following Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
Maximum of 6 persons including children.
Deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total rent is required at the time of booking.
A returnable security deposit of $500 is required.
Municipality of Highlands East (Haliburton) has implementation the Short-Term Rentals (STR) by-law instituting a licensing system. Upon approval/renewal, we as STR operators would need to collect and remit a Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 4% of total rental price.
The quietness of the cottage is suitable for family with children and/or grandparents, they will be given first priority.
